The Conseq Image Library Toolkit is useful wherever Lotus Notes applications are used to manage and distribute images as part of an image library or where images are stored in the context of meta data describing relevance and usage.
Designed for use with applications based on the Lotus Notes client or the Lotus Domino web server, this developers tool set allows an application to be modified so that that an end user can compress and attach an image file to a document with a meaningful thumbnail image in place of the usual Notes attachment icon.
Editors can select an image file in a number of industry standard formats, select a desired thumbnail size and style, and then auto-compress to JPEG and attach the image into a Notes document in a single operation.
Images are equally accessible using Notes or a browser. Users can view the images with the built-in Notes viewer or software of their choice.
The Image Library Toolkit is available as an application add-on for developers or as part of a consultancy package that includes custom implementation into an existing application.
