The Conseq Change Management System is a Lotus Notes system tracking the progress of Change Requests through a workflow process. Change Requests progress through a number of states, each state representing a particular stage in the business process. It is based on current industry best practice for IT service management (ITIL).

Key Features
Repository of all Change Requests, tracking status, time, request lifecycle.
User friendly and intuitive, with dialog boxes at every stage in the workflow explaining “what happens next”.
Allows easy configuration of roles and full control over which groups of users are assigned to different roles in your Change Process – Originator, Approver, Implementor, Interested Party to be notified.
Maintains an audit trail of each Change, giving a complete workflow history.
Email notifications of changes of state in the workflow – e.g. New Change Request requiring approval, notification of Job Completion, Approval to Proceed.
Automatic notification of overdue requests.
Highly configurable and customizable via the Configuration Database, where the text of workflow emails and other parameters that drive the workflow process can be maintained.
Based on current industry best practice for IT service management as documented within the Central Computer and Telecommunications Agency's (CCTA) IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL).
